We will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days. **Refunds** Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. **Damaged or Defective Items** If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos at support@getnuvora.com.
